"I had been researching yoga trainings for years but nothing seemed to be what I was looking for; I knew for certain what I did not want (large class sizes, classroom based teaching, a place that spits out yoga teachers like they are a component of a larger machine). Yeah Yoga program was everything a person who truly wants to learn how to teach & live a genuine yogi lifestyle would want. The teaching style & sequencing are inventive & fun yet undoubtedly intelligent & savvy. Their passion for helping you grow, learn, & break out of your comfort zones are what makes the training so incredible. Yeah differs from all other programs in the best way possible. I began writing my own sequences the first week (yes, they were terrible but they did not judge me & instead would talk through the why’s & how’s to make it better) & was mentally pushed to see my true capabilities. With their enthusiasm & guidance, I was able to begin teaching immediately after completing the program. I was hired as a staff teacher at a local yoga studio! None of this would have been possible without their ongoing support, wealth of knowledge, and their desire to see their student’s succeed."

“Yeah Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training was an amazing experience for me. My teachers fostered an open, creative environment encouraging us to learn sequencing strategies, safe techniques, and the Sanskrit language, all while staying true to our authentic inner yogis. I can't say enough positive things about this training program - between the teachers, other students and curriculum, I'm so happy I took the time to bring my yoga practice to the next level and that I now have the ability to share what I learned with others.”

“Experiencing teacher training through the Yeah Yoga program was an absolute joy. Gina and Stephanie's knowledge, authenticity and passion of yoga inspire self-practice and safe teaching. They prepare you to teach creative vinyasa classes and most importantly, always have fun!”

“Yeah Yoga's teacher training has transformed my personal practice, and more importantly, shaped my understanding of yoga and all its magic (major "Aha!" moment was basically the entire program from start to finish). From day one, we dove into teaching, which at the time was incredibly nerve-wracking. But to watch myself and my fellow students go from nervously teaching a warm-up to a short sequence to full team classes and then our final full class solo teach was such an amazing experience. Throughout the entire program I felt so supported and in awe of everything we were learning - knowing that the level of experience with body reading, effective hands on adjustments, pose breakdowns and sequencing from our stellar teachers was a rarity not often found in other yoga programs. We weren't just given sequences to memorize, but encouraged to teach from our most authentic selves and to create our own safe/effective sequences from a place of knowledge of the poses and passion for sharing our truth, our yoga. It was an inspiring journey with a wonderful community, and I can't wait to share all of my Yeah Yoga training by starting to teach yoga out in the world. My recommendation to anyone who wants to delve deeper into their yoga practice, to explore, to learn and teach, would be an emphatic "HECK YEAH!" for Yeah Yoga.”
